36 hours before your appointment avoid:

  • Heavy sweating
  • Tanning beds
  • Alcohol
  • Caffeine
  • Aspirin, niacin, ibprofen
  • Marijuana

3 Weeks before your appointment avoid:

  • Botox or filler 
  • Chemical peels
  • Dermabrasion
  • Retinol and Glycolic products
  • Omega 3 fish oil


-No waxing 2-3 days before appointment

Lip Blush Tattoo

Follow all pre-appointment care plus:

  • Keep lips hydrated starting 3 days before
  • Exfoliate lips leading up to appointment
  • Take Lysine for 2 weeks before appointment if prone to cold sores.
